Shipping policy

JDAM Prints currently ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Orders are made to order and typically require 3–5 business days to process before they are shipped. Processing begins after payment is confirmed and any required order or artwork details have been received.

Shipping options and rates

Standard and Express shipping options are available at checkout. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and order details. Express shipping affects transit time after the order ships and does not shorten the processing time.

Delivery delays and missing packages

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or other events outside JDAM Prints’ control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact JDAM Prints with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Address changes should be requested as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.
